Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all original tags and packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 2–3 calendar days of the order's delivery date.
  • Exchanges are only processed for:
    • Size-related issues
    • Defective or damaged products
    • Order discrepancies
