Exchange Policy
At Elegance Grab, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but it’s important to know that we do not offer returns or refunds. We can, however, provide an exchange under specific conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your delivery.
- The new item must be of equal or higher value. If it’s more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange — both for sending the original item back and receiving the new one.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items showing any signs of use, damage, or alterations.
- Exchange requests made after the 2-day window.
